ZIIP is looking for an experienced and thoughtful Community Manager to join our team. First and foremost, you are an ambassador of the ZIIP brand on all social media platforms

You will be joining a unique startup, composed of hard working and dedicated people, with a family-like culture. You will own all aspects of the Company’s Community Management, plus have opportunities to develop your skills and responsibilities beyond that role. You will be working remotely and have a flexible schedule, and we want to ensure that your happiness comes first.

What will you own

  • Engaging and replying to community members on all DMs and posts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok)
  • Strategizing and executing ways to bring in new community members
  • Interacting with the digital community at large
  • Write effectively and in the tone of the brand by becoming an expert on the ZIIP brand and products
  • Increasing mentions of the brand across social platforms
  • Understand the moods and conversations happening on social media, and providing input on brand content and messaging
  • Collaborating with the ZIIP customer support, marketing and social media teams
  • Centralize all testimonials, press, before & after photos in an organized, easily accessible system
  • Finding ways to engage and improve community responses outside of social media (retail reviews, Amazon, etc)
  • Working with the larger ZIIP team to develop initiatives and policies to provide the ultimate customer experience

What you bring

  • 2-3 years (minimum) experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
  • A strong viewpoint, defined by personal experiences
  • Open to a flexible schedule with some weekend hours
  • A self-starter who is always looking at ways to improve
  • Experience in ZenDesk, or other similar customer service platform
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and constantly-evolving environment
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills
